Terms and Conditions for Digital Bricks AI Training Courses

1. Introduction Welcome to Digital Bricks. By enrolling in our AI training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Enrollment Enrollment in a course is confirmed upon receipt of the course fee. Access to course materials is granted only to registered participants.

‍

3. Payment Payment for a course or workshop must be made in full prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

‍

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Participants may cancel enrollment up to 2 hours after course has been purchased inase of purchasing error. A cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after this time.

Corporate workshop days can be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the workshop. A cancellation fee will apply.

5. Course Content and Materials All course content and materials are property of Digital Bricks and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Conduct Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the course or workshop. Harassment, discrimination, or other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Privacy Policy Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

8. Limitation of Liability Digital Bricks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our courses.

9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in course materials, content, and teaching methodologies are and remain the property of Digital Bricks.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed under Dutch Law

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions Digital Bricks reserves the right to update or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
